📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage a team of store staff, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.,Monitor store performance, including sales, customer satisfaction, and inventory levels.,Implement and enforce store policies and procedures to maintain high standards.,Collaborate with the regional manager to develop and execute store improvement plans.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their skills and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of retail software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
