📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new and departing employees.
• Maintain and update employee records using BambooHR and other HR software.
• Coordinate with department heads to gather information for performance reviews and employee development plans.
• Assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation packages.
• Support the HR team in organizing and executing HR-related events and initiatives.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and other team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within the HR field.
• Familiarity with HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, and Greenhouse.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
