In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the laboratory operations, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of test results, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory techniques and a proven track record of leading a team to achieve high standards of quality and safety.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the laboratory, ensuring all procedures are followed correctly and efficiently.,Train and mentor junior lab technicians, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.,Conduct quality control checks and ensure that all test results meet the required standards.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, ensuring it is in good working order.,Investigate and resolve any issues or discrepancies in test results.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory processes and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Biology, Chemistry, or Laboratory Science.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of leading a team.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and procedures.,Familiarity with quality control and quality assurance processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid certification in laboratory safety and health regulations.
