📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address quality issues.,Train and mentor junior staff on quality control procedures and best practices.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality control records and reports.,Collaborate with other departments to resolve quality-related issues and improve processes.,Ensure that all products meet the required quality standards before they are released to customers.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in quality control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Control, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control in the food industry.,Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards.,Proven ability to manage and lead a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with quality control software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Must be able to speak and understand Indonesian.
