You’ll work with a variety of event types, from corporate galas to music festivals, using tools like Zoom for virtual interactions and Eventbrite for ticketing. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Engage and interact with guests and attendees to create a memorable event experience.
• Introduce performers, speakers, and presenters with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Monitor and maintain the event flow, ensuring smooth transitions between activities.
• Use communication tools like Zoom for virtual event support and Eventbrite for ticket management.
• Adapt to different event formats and venues in Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle any guest inquiries or concerns.
• Collaborate with the event team to ensure all logistical and technical requirements are met.
• Promote a positive and inclusive event environment, fostering a sense of community among attendees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as an event host, emcee, or similar role in a high-energy environment.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Familiarity with event management software like Zoom and Eventbrite is a plus.
• A natural stage presence and the ability to adapt to different event formats.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Enthusiasm for Bali’s culture and a passion for creating unforgettable experiences.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by event schedules.
