📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Managing and coordinating the distribution process to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Developing and implementing distribution strategies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitoring and analyzing distribution performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, and customers.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Conducting regular site visits and inspections to monitor distribution activities.
  • Providing training and support to junior staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless integration of distribution activities.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in distribution and logistics management.
  • Strong knowledge of distribution systems, processes, and best practices.

  • Proficient in using distribution management software and tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
