📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, order processing, and shipping and receiving.,Ensure that all inventory is accurately tracked and managed, and that stock levels are maintained at optimal levels.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and customers to ensure that shipments are processed and delivered on time and in good condition.,Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure the safety of employees and the integrity of inventory.,Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics, such as order accuracy, cycle times, and inventory turnover, to identify areas for improvement.,Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to perform their jobs effectively.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in warehouse management and logistics, and implement new strategies and technologies as needed.,Work closely with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure that inventory levels are sufficient to meet customer demand.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven track record of success in managing inventory, order processing, and shipping and receiving operations.,Strong understanding of inventory control, logistics, and supply chain management principles and practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of warehouse staff.,Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with warehouse management software and technologies, such as WMS (Warehouse Management System) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.,Valid driver's license and the ability to operate a forklift or other warehouse equipment.
