📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian financial regulations and standards.
• Oversee payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including management and investors.
• Collaborate with the finance team to identify and implement cost-saving measures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Provide financial support to other departments as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial management and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in financial management and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and standards.
• Proficient in using accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Familiarity with payroll software, such as ADP, Paychex, or Workday, is a plus.
