📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train store staff to maintain high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Implement and enforce store policies and procedures to maintain a professional and disciplined work environment.,Conduct regular sales performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote in-store events and special offers.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the store.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing retail operations and improving sales performance.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in both Indonesian and English.
