📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing store operations, including inventory, staffing, and sales targets.,Oversee daily store activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular stock checks and manage inventory levels.,Collaborate with the Store Manager to implement store improvement initiatives.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
