We are looking for a skilled and experienced Captain to join our team at Pearl Spot Abadi. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our vessels. You will work closely with the crew to ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that the ship is operated in accordance with international maritime regulations. This is a challenging and rewarding role that offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the vessel,Monitor and maintain the vessel's navigation and safety systems,Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures,Supervise and coordinate the work of the crew,Ensure compliance with international maritime regulations and company policies,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of the vessel's operations and safety performance,Respond to emergencies and coordinate with relevant authorities as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the maritime industry,Valid Master Mariner's License or equivalent,Proven track record of safe and efficient vessel operations,Strong knowledge of international maritime regulations and safety protocols,Excellent communication and leadership skills,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment,Familiarity with the use of navigation and safety systems,Ability to work extended hours and be available for call-outs
