📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.,Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.,Prepare and maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies.,Assist in training and developing junior staff.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Handle customer complaints and feedback.,Perform other related duties as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine.,Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.,Valid food handler's certificate is a plus.
