📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's vehicle fleet, ensuring all vehicles are in good condition and ready for use.,Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance, including servicing, repairs, and inspections.,Monitor fuel consumption and cost, ensuring efficient use of company resources.,Oversee the driver training and certification process, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance.,Track and report on vehicle usage, maintenance costs, and other relevant metrics.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies regarding vehicle maintenance and usage.,Handle any vehicle-related emergencies or incidents, ensuring the safety of all personnel.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Experience with fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
