🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management,Proven track record of managing teams and achieving operational goals,Strong knowledge of operational policies and procedures,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using operational software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations
