📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the company's needs and objectives.,Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with procurement policies.,Oversee the procurement process from request to delivery, ensuring quality and cost efficiency.,Analyze procurement data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate procurement of materials and services.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.,Lead and mentor junior procurement staff to maintain high performance standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a strong background in supplier management and contract negotiation.,Proven track record of achieving cost savings and operational efficiency in procurement.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong supplier relationships.,Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
