📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide expert tax advice and guidance to clients, ensuring compliance with the latest tax regulations.,Lead a team of tax consultants, providing mentorship and training to help them develop their skills and knowledge.,Conduct tax audits and investigations, and prepare and present reports to clients and regulatory authorities.,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in tax law and regulations, and provide training to the team on new developments.,Develop and implement tax strategies and plans for clients, taking into account their unique business needs and goals.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and work closely with them to ensure their tax obligations are met.,Participate in industry conferences and events, and stay connected with other tax professionals in the region.,Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns for clients, and ensure accuracy and compliance with tax laws.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations, and the ability to stay up-to-date with changes and developments.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Fluency in English is a plus, but not mandatory.,Certification in tax law or a related field is a plus.,Experience in leading a team of tax consultants is a plus.
