As a Learning Development Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge,Create and maintain learning materials, including manuals, guides, and online courses,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Collaborate with department heads to integrate learning and development activities into the work process,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development,Report on training activities and outcomes to senior management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related field,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English
