📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conducting regular health assessments and screenings for employees, visitors, and patients.
• Managing and maintaining medical records and health files.
• Providing medical advice and recommendations to prevent workplace injuries and illnesses.
• Collaborating with the occupational health team and other departments to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
• Developing and implementing health and safety programs.
• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of health and safety measures.
• Providing medical support during emergencies and accidents.
• Participating in continuing education and professional development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Medical degree (S1/S2) from an accredited medical school.
• Licensed to practice medicine in Indonesia.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in occupational health and safety.
• Knowledge of Indonesian occupational health and safety regulations and standards.
• Familiarity with medical software and tools such as EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care and safety.
