Pro New Cemerlang is looking for a dedicated Procurement Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring that our company has the necessary materials and supplies to operate efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented and has a strong understanding of procurement practices.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including sourcing, negotiating, and ordering materials and supplies.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and competitive pricing.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to procurement.,Conduct regular supplier evaluations and make recommendations for improvement.,Prepare and maintain procurement reports and documentation.,Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies and plans.,Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth procurement operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian procurement laws and regulations is a plus.
