📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, and food and beverage preparation.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean, safe, and well-stocked restaurant.

Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.

Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance.

Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Train and develop staff to ensure they meet the restaurant's high standards.

Monitor and evaluate restaurant performance, making necessary adjustments to improve efficiency and profitability.

Represent the restaurant at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.

Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
