Safety & Health Officer - Construction Industry

We are seeking a dedicated Safety & Health Officer to join our construction team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our workforce, as well as implementing and enforcing safety protocols and procedures.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and implement safety programs and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and address potential hazards.
• Provide training and education to employees on safety protocols and best practices.
• Investigate accidents and incidents to determine their causes and prevent recurrence.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations and laws.
• Maintain accurate records of safety-related activities and incidents.
• Collaborate with management to identify and mitigate workplace hazards.
• Promote a safety-first culture within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Certification as a Safety Officer or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian occupational health and safety regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
