WAVE Sentosa is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Learning Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing learning and development programs that drive employee engagement, performance, and overall business success. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs that align with business objectives and employee needs.,Identify and analyze training needs, and create customized learning solutions to address those needs.,Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and other learning interventions.,Partner with managers and employees to create a culture of continuous learning and development.,Measure the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives, and use data to drive continuous improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Collaborate with HR and other business partners to ensure learning and development initiatives are integrated into the overall business strategy.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on employee engagement and performance.,Strong knowledge of learning theories, instructional design, and adult learning principles.,Experience in developing and delivering training programs, workshops, and other learning interventions.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to measure and analyze training effectiveness.,Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.,Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software tools.,Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
