📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily food preparation and ensure high-quality standards.,Train and mentor junior line cooks.,Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.,Manage inventory and ensure proper food storage.,Collaborate with the kitchen manager to plan and execute menu items.,Ensure timely and efficient service to meet customer demands.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.,Participate in kitchen maintenance and equipment upkeep.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role.,Proven track record in food preparation and cooking.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Valid food handler's certificate.
