📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and analyze structural systems for various building and infrastructure projects.,Oversee the construction process to ensure that it is carried out according to the design specifications and safety regulations.,Review and approve structural drawings and calculations prepared by junior engineers.,Conduct site inspections and provide technical advice to contractors and subcontractors.,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in structural engineering and industry best practices.,Mentor and develop junior engineers, helping them to grow and succeed in their careers.,Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Prepare and submit technical reports, proposals, and other documentation as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in structural engineering or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in structural engineering.,Proficiency in structural analysis and design software, such as ETABS, SAP2000, or similar.,Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Valid professional engineering license in Indonesia.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
