Assess and evaluate insurance applications for major accounts and multinational programs, ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines and risk management policies.,Conduct thorough risk assessments and provide accurate pricing for property insurance policies, considering various risk factors and market conditions.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with major clients and multinational programs, providing exceptional customer service and support.,Monitor and analyze market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes to ensure the continued success and profitability of underwriting activities.,Collaborate with internal teams, including claims, actuarial, and marketing, to ensure a seamless and efficient underwriting process.,Provide guidance and mentorship to junior underwriters, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.,Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in the property insurance sector.,Participate in business development activities, including proposal writing and presentation, to secure new business opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Finance, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in property underwriting, with a focus on major accounts and multinational programs.,Proven track record of successful underwriting decisions and risk management.,Strong knowledge of property insurance market trends, pricing models, and risk assessment techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound judgments under pressure.,Familiarity with insurance software, tools, and technologies is a plus.
