📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and customer service.,Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations, as well as local laws and company policies.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop staff to ensure they meet the store's standards and company expectations.,Monitor store performance and make data-driven decisions to improve sales and profitability.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the store is well-stocked and profitable.,Oversee the maintenance and repair of gaming machines and other equipment.,Promote a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters teamwork and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the gaming or entertainment industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Experience with inventory control and management.,Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to retail and gaming.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Experience with marketing and customer relationship management.,Experience with maintaining and repairing gaming machines and other equipment.,Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
