📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and enroll students in our Spanish Language Academy.,Manage the admissions process, including application reviews, interviews, and enrollment.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential students, parents, and educational institutions.,Coordinate with marketing and admissions teams to ensure a seamless student experience.,Monitor and report on student enrollment metrics and KPIs.,Assist in the development and implementation of student retention strategies.,Provide excellent customer service to students, parents, and staff.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in student recruitment and admissions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, or a related field.,Strong understanding of educational institutions and the student recruitment process.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Passionate about education and committed to student success.
