In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of battery pack components supplied by our partners. This is a crucial position that requires a strong background in quality engineering and a passion for innovation in the battery industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement quality control plans for battery pack components.,Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, ensuring compliance with quality standards.,Conduct quality audits and inspections to verify supplier capabilities.,Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and improve processes.,Maintain and update quality documentation and records.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.,Provide technical support and training to suppliers as needed.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in battery technology.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality engineering or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of quality standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, Automotive, etc.).,Experience in the battery or automotive industry is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using quality management software and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Fluency in English is a plus.
