📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.,Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and facilities.,Lead and motivate warehouse staff to achieve operational goals.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide regular reports on warehouse performance and inventory levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management systems.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems and warehouse management software.,Understanding of safety regulations and best practices.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
