📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide expert beauty advice and personalized skincare consultations to customers.
• Recommend and upsell beauty products based on customer needs and preferences.
• Assist customers in selecting and applying the right beauty products for their skin type and concerns.
• Demonstrate and educate customers about the benefits and usage of our beauty products.
• Stock and organize beauty products to ensure a well-presented and inviting store environment.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special offers, events, and new product launches.
• Participate in store events and promotions to enhance customer engagement and sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in beauty retail, cosmetics, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, trends, and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Proficiency in using POS systems and other retail software.
• Familiarity with beauty and skincare certifications (e.g., Esthetician, Skin Consultant) is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to changing customer needs.
• Passionate about beauty, skincare, and customer satisfaction.
