📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of clinical support services, ensuring high standards of patient care and service quality.
• Lead a team of 20+ professionals, providing mentorship and guidance to foster a culture of excellence.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and financial performance.
• Manage budgets exceeding Rp 5 billion annually, ensuring financial sustainability and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung to integrate clinical support services seamlessly.
• Utilize tools like SAP and QuickBooks to streamline financial processes and improve data accuracy.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role within the healthcare industry, with a proven track record of success.
• Certification in healthcare management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong understanding of financial management and budgeting principles.
• Proficient in using SAP and QuickBooks for financial management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proven ability to drive operational excellence and improve service quality.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
