📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs for applicators.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of applicators.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of applicators to ensure they are meeting performance standards.
• Provide feedback and guidance to applicators to help them improve their performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that training programs align with business objectives.
• Use training management software such as LMS (Learning Management System) to track and manage training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as education, training and development, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Certification in training and development or a related field is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with training management software such as LMS.
