📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the textile manufacturing facility, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and industry standards.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute process improvements, such as implementing new machinery or optimizing existing processes.
• Ensure compliance with quality control standards and regulations, conducting regular inspections and audits.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Work with the maintenance team to schedule and coordinate repairs and upgrades to machinery and equipment.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure a steady supply of raw materials and components.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, attending relevant workshops, conferences, and training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Textile Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the textile manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements and driving operational efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of textile manufacturing processes, including weaving, knitting, and dyeing.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard software and tools, such as SAP, ERP systems, and CAD software.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
