As the Lead Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and development of luxury villas and commercial spaces. Your daily tasks will involve creating detailed architectural plans, coordinating with clients and contractors, and ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of quality and aesthetics. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the architectural design process for luxury villas and commercial spaces, ensuring adherence to client requirements and industry standards.
• Create detailed architectural drawings and models using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that construction work aligns with the architectural plans.
• Collaborate with interior designers, engineers, and contractors to integrate various elements of the project.
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients, highlighting the innovative features and benefits of each project.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in architectural design to incorporate them into future projects.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Mentor and guide junior architects, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field, with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architectural design.
• Proven experience in designing luxury villas and commercial spaces, with a portfolio showcasing high-end projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian building codes and regulations, with a ability to navigate complex legal and regulatory environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Creative and innovative thinking, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
