As a Cost Control Specialist, you'll be responsible for analyzing financial data, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and implementing strategies to enhance profitability. You'll work closely with department heads, managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our financial goals are met and exceeded. This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in cost control and financial analysis.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement cost control policies and procedures to ensure compliance with budgetary targets.
• Prepare and present regular financial reports to department heads, managers, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
• Conduct periodic audits of financial records to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in cost control and financial management.
• Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and forecast for the hospitality and F&B operations.
• Provide training and support to department heads and managers on cost control best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost control, financial analysis, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a hospitality or F&B industry is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using financial software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
