📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and perfect recipes for banana cakes, ensuring they meet our high standards of taste and presentation.
• Prepare and present a variety of pastries, including but not limited to banana cakes, cookies, and other desserts.
• Work closely with the head chef and kitchen staff to ensure seamless dessert preparation and presentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in pastry making, and incorporate new ideas into our menu.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering of ingredients to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests and addressing their dessert needs.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall culinary vision of The Keranjang.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef, with a strong focus on banana cake specialties.
• Proven ability to create and execute high-quality pastry recipes.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
