📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and control production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and production schedules.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement in production efficiency and quality.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and implement corrective actions.,Maintain and update production records and reports to track performance and identify trends.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in production.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in the production environment.,Support the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and practices.,Train and mentor junior staff on production processes and quality standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production management or a similar role in a manufacturing environment.,Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices.,Proficient in using production management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with quality management systems and standards (e.g., ISO 9001).,Understanding of ergonomic principles and workplace safety regulations.
